Full Time CTO/Technical Co-Founder - Construction Technology/AI Company - Heavy Equity role

We are looking for a full-time CTO/Technical Co-Founder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, technical leadership, and startup experience (ideally at a construction/real estate/prop tech company).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our product's technical architecture
• Build and manage a team of engineers
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering team
• Provide technical leadership, create product roadmap, and delivery strategies
• Ensure that our product meets the highest standards of quality and security
• Collaborate with the CEO to work on pitch deck for investors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for building great products
• Nice to have - experience at a construction tech company
