Now hiring a Machine Shop Laborer / Industrial Painter to join our team. As a Laborer/ Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various industrial surfaces, as well as material handling and crane operation. Schedule is 2nd shift working 2:30pm-11pm.

Painter/Laborer Duties:

• Proficiency in industrial painting techniques, including surface preparation, coating application, and finishing.
• Knowledge of various paint types, application methods, and color mixing.
• Familiarity with spray guns, brushes, and other painting tools and equipment.
• Understanding of safety protocols and proper ventilation requirements in painting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret painting specifications and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving flawless finishes.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane

Painter/Laborer Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
• Knowledge of auto body repair or construction painting is a plus
• Ability to operate a crane for materials handling is a plus
