Position Summary:

Kaizen Dental Center is a premier dental practice with locations in downtown Honolulu and Kaneohe, HI. We are seeking a part-time or full-time, personable, and professional Dental Hygienist to join our Honolulu team. We are also accepting applications for temp RDHs interested in picking up individual shifts.

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the doctor to capture exam information to be used for treatment planning
• Work in partnership with the front office team to ensure that world class patient care is delivered and revenue targets are achieved
• Prepares treatment room for patient by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols
• Prepares patient for dental hygiene treatment by welcoming, soothing, seating, and draping patient
• Provides information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests
• Maintains instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Hygienist preferred
• Experience selling dental hygiene products with a proven sales record
