Kairos Home Care Services is looking for Caregviers to assist patients as a Homemaker and Companion in all areas of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties to join our team that are willing to service our community by providing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Kairos Home Care Services is a licensed Nurse Registry where we will refer you to clients that need a little support. We are looking for Caregivers who are willing to provide a quality Homemaking and Companion services that promotes life, safety, and customer satisfaction.

As a Homemaker/Companion Caregiver, you'll earn competitive pay helping seniors live safely and happily at home. You'll help them with daily tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and laundry, and transportation to appointments (including doctor's visits). You'll also be available to assist with light housekeeping and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Companionship - easy conversations, watch movies, go for walks, visit parks, assistance with hobbies
• Driving.
• Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
• Meal prep & clean up. May shop for groceries.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways

Qualifications of a Homemaker and Companion Caregiver:

· Valid driver's license

· Proof of car insurance

· HIV/Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate

· CPR (no online only)

· Bilingual (preferred)

· AHCA Level II Background Screening

· Health Statement (Free from all communicable diseases)

· Professional Liability Insurance (provide a copy, required within 30 days of Registration Application, we can provide a list)

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
