We are a growing dental office that is looking for someone to be our patient concierge. A smiling face and a positive attitude are the main attributes we are looking for, some experience with dentistry is preferred, but not required! Office is open Mon-Fri, with the potential for expansion within the near future. Help us better serve our community by joining us!

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, proofreading, data entry, etc.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Knowledge of dental PMS software preferable, but not required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude

This is a 3 or 4 day a week position with the potential for full time as we continue to grow!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
