Job Title: Senior Azure Cloud Solutions Architect (Infrastructure)

Your Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in designing and constructing complex enterprise-scale software applications or platforms.
• 5 years of proven leadership as a technical lead in software architecture design.
• Adept at articulating architectural tradeoffs and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive background (5 years) in utilizing distributed systems and microservice architectures, including proficiency in data distribution strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with 5 years of experience collaborating with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record (3 years) of building scalable and reliable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or foreign equivalent.

The Day-to-Day:

• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of cloud solutions using appropriate technologies to meet organizational requirements.
• Stay abreast of cloud technology trends, evaluating new ideas, options, and solutions to enhance firm capabilities and adapt to evolving operating models.
• Evaluate current-state cloud usage solutions, identifying gaps and limitations, and proposing necessary solutions and remediations.
• Deploy cloud platform services with a focus on scalability, availability, fault tolerance, and multi-region deployment models.
• Establish cloud-focused standards, building blocks, and patterns to ensure the security, scalability, and resilience of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with other enterprise architects, application architects, and security architects to develop a robust and secure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) platform in Azure.
• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to best practices, implement appropriate controls, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Provide leadership, expertise, and mentorship to other team members on cloud solutions and technologies.
