Additional Details:

• Graduate from accredited LPN program
• Licensed to practice as a LPN with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices
• One or more year(s) of current relevant experience within specialty
• Current AHA BLS/BCLS Certification
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility
