Job Title: Leasing Agent

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all leasing activities, including marketing efforts and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our communities to prospective residents.
- Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and ensure timely lease execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, and relocation companies to drive leasing traffic.
- Implement resident retention programs and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and renewals.
- Oversee rent collection processes and address any delinquencies in collaboration with the property management team.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to adjust leasing strategies as needed.
- Train and mentor leasing agents to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
