Kahane & Associates, P.A., an award-winning consumer finance litigation law firm located in Sunrise, FL, is seeking skilled, passionate litigation legal assistants/paralegal. Interested applicants must meet the requisite qualifications stated below.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of foreclosure litigation experience: Knowledge with the overall Foreclosure process preferred.
• Must be proactive, organized, and have the ability to manage a case load independently and as part of a team;
• Must be driven, have exemplary work ethic, ability to multitask with a great attitude and minimal supervision;
• Provide attorney support with drafting and filing pleadings, affidavits, notices and motions;
• Calendar court deadlines and maintain attorney calendars;
• Organize and index depositions, trial binders and trial exhibits.
• Working knowledge of BKFS LoanShere, TEMPO and Legal Tracker.
