Quaint 42 bed facility nestled in the heart of Lancaster County just steps away from downtown Lititz is looking for a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at Kadima at Lititz.
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the dietary department, in accordance with established food services standards, policies, procedures, and practices of this facility and requirements of current federal, state and local standards governing the facility and as may be directed by the Administrator to assure that quality nutritional services are provided in a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
