- Efficiently set up and operate a variety of thermoforming machines.
- Operate band saws, pneumatic handheld routers and drills, and drill presses.
- Able to accurately track products and materials in our ERP System.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Adhere to the company Quality Management System (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.) that are applicable to perform daily operating tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Previous experience in manufacturing required.
- High attention to detail and quality
- The ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Able to perform multiple operations simultaneously.
- Able to stand for extended periods (10-hour shift).
- Perform basic math and read a tape measure.
- Able to lift 25-40 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to successfully work within a team environment.
- Able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment, with occasional high temperatures.
