As a Pharmacy Technician at KabaFusion, you will, primarily work in the clean room and compound acute and chronic therapies including IVIg, TPN’s and antibiotics. As a Lead, you will work with pharmacy leadership to train new employees and work with front end pharmacy operations and the intake team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Compound IV therapies using aseptic technique and following USP 797 & 800 guidelines
• Assist with training and development of pharmacy technicians
• Identify, develop, and implement solutions to resolve problems and/or remove barriers relating to productivity
• Partake in performance evaluations and provide effective coaching to help them improve their performance

As a Pharmacy Technician, you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and violation free Pharmacy Technician license or certification as required by state law
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• 1 year of sterile compounding experience

Compensation: $25 - $30 / hour
