Ka-Comm, Inc., a leader in critical communications since 1960, has an opening for a Full-Time Electronic Installation Technician in Salina KS

Ka-Comm designs, sells, installs, and maintains communication systems for public safety agencies around the State of Kansas. We are a leader in the building and designing of public safety vehicles. Radio systems range from conventional to digital P25 public safety systems. In addition to the Salina location, Ka-Comm operates facilities in, Olathe KS Manhattan, Wichita, Oklahoma City and Bentonville AR .

The successful candidate must be able to work independently and on a team. Automotive background with extensive knowledge of working with 12v electronics is needed. Vocational/technical degree preferred but not required. Experience working with light metal and wood fabrication helpful. Successful candidate must provide own hand tools. Job duties consist of installation of emergency lighting equipment to include lights, sirens, consoles, video systems, radar systems and partitions. Criminal background check will be conducted. Training and support provided.
