Entry- Level - Non - Profit Account Executive

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends optional)

We have the job for you! K2 Recruits has recently partnered with one of the oldest and most prestigious non profits charities in the country. We are looking to help staff their fundraising events and help promote their brand. We are looking for top talent to join their team.

Job Description:

• Oral communication skills, in order to maintaining relationships with existing and new donors
• Following up on past donors and help with creative solutions to maintain the donor relationship.
• Assist with special projects, fundraisers, and events
• Help organize non profit and charity branding and images
• Fast paced Face to Face environment at promotional events
• High volume inbound and outbound calls
• Thoroughly document all donors on our secure site
• Passion for helping others and making a difference

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required
• 6 months in a leadership roll
• 2 years experience working in a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in problem solving
• Experience with Non-Profits and/or Charities a plus
