Are you a student who takes pride in their work? Do you have a positive attitude and a drive to learn HR and Accounting? If so, consider joining us this summer as our Intern!

Duties:

Assist HR with recruiting and onboarding.

Assist HR with I-9 audits.

Assist Accounting as needed.

Oversee the stocking and ordering of office supplies.

Assist in the maintenance of office equipment.

Be the backup for all phone calls at the front desk.

Provide other assistance as needed.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Windows.

Efficiency, attention to detail and organization.

Ability to deliver accurate results while meeting deadlines.

Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written (memos and emails) and presentation skills.

Pay Rate: $16-17/hr
