The Position:

We are currently hiring for a Low Voltage Technician at our Emmetsburg location. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, self-motivated, with exceptional decision-making skills.

In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and other trades. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of installing, terminating and testing technology systems, fiber optic placing and splicing. Those with Nicet or BICSI knowledge are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to adapt to changing work environments, be actively engaged in K&W Electric, Inc.’s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of one’s self and of the Company.

Requirements:

  • A valid Driver’s License with ability to meet company driving standards
  • Two-year completion of an electrical program
  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • Successfully passing drug and background screenings

Salary is negotiable, based on qualifications: electrical knowledge and previous experience.
