K Town Vapor Lounge is Hiring an Assistant Store Manager- Sales Near Kennesaw, GA

A Retail Assistant Store Manager will Support the Store Manager in managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, human resources, merchandise and operations. The Assistant Store Manager of Sales focuses on Training and Developing a High Performing Sales Team.

Retail Store Management have the following duties and responsibilities:

    *Develop and Maintain a Customer Concentric Culture (3C) focusing on understanding the customer’s perspective and perception of their experience. Strive to continually exceed our customer’s expectations by executing all of the parts of the business and connecting each part to how it affects the customer’s experience. *Promote a positive and solution oriented and “can-do” attitude. *Drive Sales through overall workforce management, training and development and a focus on the Customer’s Experience- internal and external. *Oversee the functions of the business including Sales and Service, Marketing and Promotions, Communication, Merchandise Purchases and Turnover, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Loss Prevention and Human Resources *Communicate effectively with your staff and other Key Members of Leadership to ensure smooth execution of standards and operations.

Sales and Service

    *Support in the Effective Motivation and Management of your team to meet Company Objectives and Goals. *Communicate Goals clearly, efficiently and constantly. *Strategize, Encourage and Motivate your team to Success through positive recognition and constant feedback and incentives. *Provide trained, knowledgeable associates that use the Sales RX model and Company Directives with the goals of maximizing Customer experience and Overall Sales. *Ensure the team is comfortable selling themselves, the Company and the products through thorough practice and coaching. *Supervise, train and assist Sales Associates in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions. *Ensure proper and thorough communication and feedback to ensure high operational and selling standards. *Execute the MOD Role seamlessly throughout the day focusing on working as a team to achieve overall Key Performance indicators. *Utilize Sales RX Selling Techniques and Product Knowledge to drive sales *Ensure that the team continually updates with new concepts, products and positive research on vaping. *Maintain a constant training and development culture by ensuring training is focused on current store opportunities and employee’s personal needs. *Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times. *Achieve Key Performance Indicators including Sales performance to goal and LY, Average Ticket, Sales Per Hour and Units Per Sale. *Maintain Customer Loyalty through various marketing tools. *Use Sales RX performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team

Operations

    *Assist in Planning and Execution of Promotions with your team to drive sales and turn product faster. *Follow scheduled tasks and Manager on Duty schedules to maximize efficiency and sales/ profit. *Assist in Maintaining proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals. *Assist in managing all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability. *Manage payroll through efficient use and proper adjustments *Communicate Supply Order Needs on a constant basis as those needs arise and develop a system of supply management to ensure needs are met on time. *Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times with a high standard in place. *Daily Checklist Execution *Overall Maintenance Management *Proper signage *Support Loss Prevention programs and policies of the company through training, MOD, Customer Service and Smooth Operational Control and adherence to standard cash management policies and procedures. *Ensure Fast and Efficient Checkout using Cash Register Training and Coaching. Follow The Cash Register Experience Training Document.

Marketing and Social Media

    *Work closely with Store Manager to execute marketing and social media campaigns across website and social media platforms. *Plan and Execute Promotions with your team to drive sales and turn product faster. *Keep the team updated and involved in Social Media Activity to maximize exposure and ensure consistent messaging In Store and Online.

Human Resources

    *Maintain a culture of respect, open communication and feedback to ensure everyone knows where they stand and what to work on. *Participate in the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding *Assist in the development updating of training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees clearly understand and are motivated to excel in their job duties. *Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution *Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently *Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives *Conduct performance and salary reviews *Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service and operational integrity.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.50 - $19.00/hour.
