K&S Staffing is seeking a versatile professional for the role of Portrait Sales Consultant.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales consultations with potential clients.
- Utilize excellent phone interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- Engage with warm leads; no cold calling required.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for people and families.
- Act as a great listener, prioritizing client needs and preferences.
- Start part-time during the training period.
- Be a self-sufficient worker with a commitment to meeting timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist clients in scheduling and coordinating portrait sessions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and information.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about portrait services.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional phone interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen actively and prioritize client needs.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work remotely.
- Articulate and effective verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Minimum of HSD/GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Part Time during training period that will lead to Full Time.
- Starting pay: $13 per hour.
