- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our staffing services, including online and offline initiatives, email marketing, social media, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our staffing agency.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts to the President, Director of Operations, and Branch Manager.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing. (In the staffing industry is a huge plus).
