We are seeking an experienced residential plumber for a full-time position. The pay is 25% commission based but can be discussed during an interview. On average, our technicians bring home around $1000-$2000 per week. Our company is based out of Alabaster, AL, but we service the Birmingham metro area, Montgomery and its surrounding areas, Mobile, and the southern part of Louisiana.

***This position is to service the Mobile, Al area. ***

This individual must possess basic plumbing knowledge and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. This position will consist mostly of running plumbing calls for residential warranty companies.

Weekends will be required once per month in an on-call rotation.

Job includes company vehicle, gas card, and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.
• Collaborate with our office staff as well as our warranty companies.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Install waste disposals and water heaters.

Skills:

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential homes
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• 1-3 years' experience as a journeyman plumber (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
