Kärcher is Hiring a Receiving Supervisor Near Fayetteville, AR
- Direct, coordinate and plan the inbound receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Oversee Receiving Dock including supervision of Receiving personnel.
- Assure the integrity of the Inbound inventory and assists in conducting cycle count, monthly and yearly physical inventory.
- Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work areas. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse areas.
- Look for ways to improve warehouse processes in order to maximize efficiency.
- Develop team environment through effective coaching, mentoring, training, and regular performance feedback.
- Have understanding of inventory as it relates to safety stock and min/max systems.
- Cultivate and maintains effective relationships with freight carriers, other vendors, and buyers.
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and other analysis, as necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or business management discipline preferred.
- 3 years’ experience as a warehouse or shipping/receiving supervisor.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
