Assistant General Manager – Operations Experience in an innovative approach leading a piece rate operation.

Handle all things operations, supporting and leading a team of 4 managers/supervisors.

Desire to optimize, deliver quality, and get results.

Efficient at context switching and can handle multiple parts of an operation efficiently and seamlessly.

Should be equally comfortable with strategic thinking and being involved in execution.

Must be proactive and quick to solve problems on the spot.

Able to learn quickly, ask questions, take initiative, and communicate clearly and concisely.

Should have an internal drive and strong organization skills to exceed expectations.

You have developed methods to see the big picture and how different parts of an operation influence each other.

You have worked in a distribution center and experienced a high-pressure environment along with developing emotional maturity in demanding situations.

Able to strategize with client on business goals to meet their needs while maintaining labor cost

Capable of building strong relationships with the client’s management – all levels

Can identify bottlenecks and provide strategic direction by mapping out what needs to happen in order to achieve results

Must regularly audit processes and teams providing quality assurance

Must determine what numbers to track daily to ensure success - proficient using excel

Will report to 1st shift General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
