Summary Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and performing production equipment repairs to achieve the highest level of quality and safety with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, be self- motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess the ability to work a flexible schedule as required to complete a repair or project. Wear multiple hats and be willing to help in other departments when PM schedule is met and there are no breakdowns.

Essential Skills and Duties (including but not limited to)

Communicate effectively with maintenance vendors and machinery manufacturers to expedite the repair and troubleshooting process.

Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

Maintain vendor files and purchase of repair parts / equipment as needed.

Develop, implement, and maintain a Preventive Maintenance schedule system, and perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
