K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk/Filer Near Mobile, AL
We are looking for a part time Data Entry Clerk to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Please note this is a Part Time position and hours will vary week to week, average of about 20 hours per week. This position would be great for a mom that drops kids off and pick up but needing something in between and has office experience to make some extra money. A retiree looking for a few hours a day would be a great fit also, as would a HR and/or admin college student looking for something in between classes. Times and days can be flexible!
Data Entry Operator responsibilities include:
Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
You will work with a vice president of finance and administrator with a local company. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position required.
Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.
Requirements
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
Experience with MS Office and data programs.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
Typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Attention to detail.
Confidentiality.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
