Kitchen Assistant

Duties:
- Cut vegetables and assist in vegetable preparation under the supervision of the head chef

- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash kitchenware
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Stock inventory and rotate food items as necessary
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- No kitchen experience needed, but experience using a knife preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
