Primary Responsibilities: The Jr. Sales Coordinator must ensure that all customer requirements and guidelines are achieved on a daily basis. The primary responsibilities are to support the Sales Team. This position mainly interacts with the sales, design, planning, costing and sourcing, purchasing, IT, and the operations departments.

Description of Duties:

· Interact with the sales team on customer buy sheets for errors and ship date changes

· Communicate with the account buying teams to provide them with pertinent program information (item information, ship dates, and special order forms)

· Work in conjunction with sales and finance to prepare new account setup forms

· Ship pre pros and TOPs to customer and follow-up on feedback

· Maintain and update all required order logs for current and future shipments

· Coordinate inventory and shipping of all branded fixtures

· Assist in meeting and market preparation – i.e. Pulling and shipment of samples, creating power points as needed, setting up presentations for meetings and zoom calls

· Review field service reports and provide feedback to the sales team

· Maintain Field Service spend log

· Create presentations of in-house idle products, Wall of Shame merchandise for the sales team

· Send tracking information to customers on orders that have shipped

· Provide trend service (Walmart only) with product decks as needed

• Complete understanding of customer’s merchandise systems and online platforms and their use as a business tool

· Communicate and ensure customer’s needs and plans are properly coordinated by Customer Service Team

• Communicate with Sales all opportunities and issues concerning the account
• Provide sales team members historical account date for use in building sales plans
• Analyze weekly demand, forecasts, and sales curves for replenishment product
• Recognize and highlight opportunities and issues with sales account executives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
