Quality Control Inspector Fulltime Dayshift 48 hours a week plus full benefit. Health insurance, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation time and Paid Holidays. Clean, climate-controlled shop. Pay based on experience.

Job requirement will be:

• Setup and program CMMs.
• Reads and understands blueprints, travelers/routers and work instructions including GD&T data on machine prints.
• Generate inspection reports and FAI reports.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to verify compliance to drawings and instructions.
• Record and report any non-conformances in a clear, concise manner.
• Use precision measuring instruments to perform inspections.
• Review job records during inspections to verify compliance of the work completed to the job requirements.

• 5 New 2023 Hexagon CMMs running Pc-DMIS
• Keyence vision system
• Mitutoyo optical comparator
• Micrometers and Height gauges

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
