K Behavioral Health is Hiring a BCBA Supervisor Near Minneapolis, MN

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your expertise and knowledge will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, therapists, and educators to ensure coordinated care
- Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably autism
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorder
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
