Job Overview:

Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Gorham, ME.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supports Project Manager Construction Manager and Commission Manager sourcing materials issuing purchase orders tracking expediting managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project site.
• Verification of Bill of Materials
• Commodity Lead Time Analysis
• Order Acknowledgements
• Expediting delivery
• Materials Management
• Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
• Quality control
• Vendor Damage Claim Management
• Inventory Management (Goods Issued/Received)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical/Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Working knowledge and experience in handling warehouse storage labeling and shipping
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Excel and Work
• Must have Familiarity with SAP ERP Software
• Must have experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must have a Clean Driving Record and the ability to pass a drivers background check
• Must be a Maine resident.
