• Time and expense entry (SAP Fiori / GUI & CONCUR and/or other program(s) developed and adopted by the company)
• Invoice processing (SAP Ariba or other program(s) as developed and adopted by the company)
• Completes work processes and maintains client records
• Creates & maintains excel spreadsheets to track time and expense entries
• Navigates SAP to create tasks, notes, billing, and transactions
• Performs clerical functions including typing, photocopying, and operating of all office equipment including a personal computer
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience using SAP, SAP Fiori, Ariba or similar programs
• Must show proficiency in SAP transactions, reporting, analytics, and customer relationship management
• Must show proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, tables, and charts
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment
