Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring premises, preventing theft, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to emergencies. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents or fire alarms
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or security preferred
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
