We are in search of an enthusiastic New College Graduate to join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role is crucial for maintaining our esteemed reputation and ensuring adherence to international quality standards.
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our quality management systems. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with foundational knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, and RBA standards, as well as Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, supporting quality team activities, monitoring production processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the IATF 16949 Quality Management system, including participating in Internal and External Audits.
• Help coordinate the ISO 14001 & 45001 Quality Systems and ensure compliance with RBA Standards.
• Analyze data from quality assurance activities to verify alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and delivering technical and program information to the management team.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferably obtained within the last two years.
• Internship or cooperative education experience in Quality Assurance or a related field, ideally within the semiconductor or automotive industries.
• Basic understanding of the IATF 16949 quality management system standard.
• Familiarity with ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, and RBA standards is advantageous.
• Exposure to a formalized Document Control system.
• Introductory knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address quality issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
