Premier area staffing leader is currently looking for a qualified Sales Recruiting Specialist. Our company is searching for high energy winners!
As a Sales Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for developing large, meaningful partnerships to drive strategic and creative solutions for clients.
Job Duties Include:
- Proactively build and grow a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities, leveraging your agency connections.
- Craft the pitch and narrative to communicate company values.
- Develop custom sales proposals, based on marketplace feedback and client needs.
- Identify and produce research needed to back proposals.
- Coordinate across the internal organization to shape sales strategy, work with Leadership teams and communicate effectively and timely with assigned clients.
- Report on revenue projections/forecasts.
- Drive revenue growth by developing business relationships with clients directly.
- Ability to perform Recruiting Manager duties (interviewing and placements) alongside staff.
- Provide overall mentorship, management direction, coaching and support to branch employees.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with strong agency and client connections and a passion for sales.
- Existing relationships with major brands.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics of staffing.
- Proven track record of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- 5 years of staffing recruitment and agency experience.
- Comfortable being an individual contributor and willing to proactively voice ideas.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area and occasional travel within region or division.
Work Hours: Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday betweenthe hours of 7:30AM-4:00PM. After-hours work may be required. This position is not remote.
Full benefit package, base pay of $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 with paid mileage and expense.
