Our client, an established and award winning property management company is seeking an Property Management Operations Manager/Coordinator to work onsite at the corporate office in West Los Angeles. Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a team.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Training and development experience is beneficial
