JW Marriott Auckland is proudly part of the Marriott International group. This luxury hotel is situated at 22 – 26 Albert Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010. The hotel comprises 286 guest rooms and suites, two F&B venues, a spa and meeting space. The hotel is projected to open in Dec 2022.
What we are looking for
- Must have full working rights for New Zealand
- Project authenticity with everything you do
- Availability to work on weekends when there is an event on
- A passion for the industry, bring joy to every experience
- A team player & has eyes for details.
- Prior experience in events or an administrative role is preferred
What you will do
- Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations.
- Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience.
- Coordinate all events after contract is signed
- Prepare the Event Order and be the main client point of contact
- Administrative tasks related to each event
