The Sales Associate is focused on cultivating strong customer relationships based on knowledge and passion for the brands and products. The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring they are cared for, listening to their needs, and treating them with the utmost respect.

YOU MUST HAVE RETAIL/CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION . This is not a role for someone who wants to hide in the back of the house.

What You’ll Do:

• ● Stay informed of daily store goals and KPIs and commit to making a positive contribution
• ● Communicate effectively with all store leaders and team members and ask for assistance when needed
• ● Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude, and communication
• ● Follow proper cash handling procedures and accurate accounting of assigned cash drawers
• ● All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• ● This position will work in an indoor facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, and working in proximity with customers and staff.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Experience in retail sales and product demonstrations
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of retail math and upselling techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
