New Castle, DE law firm seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. Successful candidate should possess strong working knowledge of following:

Title work, including the review of title searches and preparation of title commitments and title insurance policies;

Preparation of closing and conveyance documents, including deeds, transfer tax affidavits, and settlement statements;

Document recording procedures and Secretary of State filings; and

Calculation and proration of various closing costs.
