Justine Sherman & Associates, Inc. (JSA) is a private pediatric clinic with offices in Monrovia and Claremont, CA that does more than speech therapy. It’s a place to empower clients and their families, build relationships and foster comradery, grow as a professional and collaborate with a network of therapists. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist and leader who believes in our family-centered approach, seeks multidirectional mentorship and who is interested in designing their own career path. That may mean further honing their knowledge in a specific therapeutic area, acquiring a new area of expertise like Orofacial Myology, supervising, developing programs or working towards a management position!

JSA therapists provide 1:1 care to clients with a wide variety of diagnoses presenting with communication, swallowing and learning difficulties by evaluating, diagnosing, developing and implementing therapeutic programs. Through our holistic approach to treatment and our effective F.L.I.P. program, our therapists create meaningful learning opportunities and teach families the therapeutic strategies needed to generalize speech and language skills outside of the therapy setting. Qualifications:

• You hold a master’s degree from an accredited University in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• You are licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence following Clinical Fellowship
• Must be able to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster in compliance with CDC, federal, state and local guidelines and mandates by date of hire.
