JusticeWorks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Program Director to lead our dynamic team in supporting children and families through crucial developmental stages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of early intervention services, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met with the highest standard of care. The qualified Early Intervention Program Director will:
  • Manage all staff to ensure and enforce quality programming in accordance guidelines set by both BabyNET and the SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs while maintaining JusticeWorks policies and procedures. Assure quality of operations: adherence to documentation requirements, file accuracy and enforce such with staff.
  • Ensure each staff is trained in accordance with company expectations and must ensure that staff have completed credentialing and any specialized training requirements outlined by their administrative agency (SCSDB, SCDDSN, and/or SCDHHS’ Part C BabyNET Program).
  • Manage staff performance in accordance with organizational expectations.
The qualified Early Intervention Program Director will have:
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master’s Degree in Child/Human Development; Early Childhood; Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or Elementary Education; Family and Consumer Sciences; Psychology; Public Health; Social Work; Sociology and a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in the field with four (4) as a supervisor; or,
    • Bachelor’s degree in child/human development; Early Childhood; Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or Elementary Education; Family and Consumer Sciences; Psychology; Public Health; Social Work; Sociology and a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience with four (4) as a supervisor.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
