Case Specialist

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Child Welfare Case Specialist to join our dynamic team in making a significant impact on the lives of children and families within our community. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of children by assessing their living situations, coordinating with various support services, and advocating for their best interests. The qualified Child Welfare Case Specialist will:

Review information provided by County Intake Department and assess client needs.
Engage families in service and treatment planning to promote family unity.
Evaluate the effectiveness of service provision.

The qualified Child Welfare Case Specialist will have:

Bachelor's Degree required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
