Are you the Registered Nurse we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while working with a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Berkshire Meadows is a residential school for children with complex medical, intellectual and developmental differences. The 365-day-a-year program includes nursing and medical services, allied health services, and activities of daily living development. Set in the picturesque Berkshire Hills, Berkshire Meadows has homelike residences that are fully accessible homes and enable and maximize growth and skill development.

Schedules Offered: In this position, you can choose from a number of different shifts. We offer6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You can also choose whether you would like to work full-time, part-time or per diem.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Salary: $36 - $45 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 paid after 4 weeks of employment and another $1,000 paid after 6 months).

JRI Provides The Training So That:

• YOU can follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation.
• YOU can provide therapeutic interventions to assist students in attaining the goals and objectives on their Individualized Action Plans.
• YOU can develop medical/nursing goals and objectives to meet student’s health needs.
• YOU can arrange for medical consultations, appointments, and labs.

Requirements:

• Massachusetts RN license.
