Qualifications
Studies have shown that people of color and women may be less likely to apply for jobs unless they perceive themselves to be a ‘perfect fit.’ We don’t believe in a ‘perfect’ candidate because we believe in our core value, ‘Embrace Change.’ The best candidate for the job may bring skills to the table that we have not considered or listed in this description. We strongly encourage you to apply if you are from a marginalized or underrepresented group, particularly in the legal and start-up industries. If you believe this is a role that you’ll be excited to perform every day, want to be a part of a culture like ours, and will grow and change with us, please apply.
