JustCompassion is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Tigard, OR
- Oversee compliance with contract requirements by evaluating and managing day-to-day operations to ensure quality assurance and compliance for the organization
- Related to contracts, collects, inputs, and analyzes data, performance and outcome measures, including developing and tracking cost and grant timelines
- Monitors program budgets, inputs reimbursements, and assists with payroll
- Manages recruiting, hiring, and orienting new employees
- Provide direct supervisory oversight to coordinators, case managers and supervisors.
- Participates in Just Compassion partner meetings (Coalition and HSSN)
- Works closely with Board Committees (Finance and Audit Committee; Programs, Public Policy Committee; Personnel Committee; and Resource Center Committee).
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
- Believes in the vision and mission of Just Compassion.
- Demonstrates independent working with strong initiative and collaboration skills.
- Contributes enthusiasm and positive energy to organization and committees.
- Prepares all required documentation on or before the due date.
- Pursues ongoing development of skills and competencies.
- Follows all corporate policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintains current Oregon Driver’s License and insurance.
- Follows through on all directives and instructions.
- Maintains security of all corporate interests.
- Reports to Executive Director
- Works collaboratively with board members and staff members
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field REQUIRED
- 2 years’ proven experience in an operations management position
- 5 years direct supervision of programming and lead staff.
- HR experience a plus
