We are looking for a summer Information Technology Intern to assist our Infrastructure Service Delivery Team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain real world, professional experience in a dynamic environment that offers a unique culture and heritage. The selected student will work independently, with support from supervisors, on a range of IT related projects.

This is a temporary paid internship opportunity. Start andend dates are May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024. This internship is 40hours per week for 12 weeks total. The IT Intern will be required to be 100%onsite at our Bethlehem, PA facility. Must provide own housingand transportation during internship.

Some examples of anticipated assignments include: 

• Asset Inventory & Tagging
• Service Desk Support Tickets
• Laptop Hardware Migrations
• Windows 10 Training/Deployment
• Client-Side Patch Management
• Data Entry/Setup of ITSM System (FreshService)
• Creating/Drafting of End User Knowledge Base Articles
• Assist with Cybersecurity Training Campaigns (Knowbe4)
• Change Management Validation/Testing
