• Maximize the on-site experience of all event patrons to increase the sales and profit of retail and concession stands.
• Maintain attractive and tasteful merchandising and signage in our retail store and concession stands.
• Recruit, train, manage and mentor part-time employees to provide incredible customer service.
• Schedule employee shifts.
• Work closely with our JAG Impressions production team to keep retail apparel offerings fresh in our retail. 
• Maintain expert and accurate management of our POS system. Pricing, tagging, inventory control, etc.
• Food service safety training.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Serve as Tournament Director for events. Largely on weekends.
• Assist in overseeing, managing, and communicating daily schedules in the facility when needed.
• Assist custodial staff to ensure building cleanliness and setup.
• Light bookkeeping work.
• Expert cash management and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the building and all JustAgame Fieldhouse business operations.
