Just Pended Media (https://www.justpendedhawaii.co/) a forward-thinking real estate media company with a national footprint, including locations in Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Utah, and Arizona, is seeking photographers who love to have conversations with clients, build relationships, and have fun while capturing top notch real estate photos & videos with a camera in-hand.

Who we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate won’t mind driving all around town, as this role will require about 15-35 miles of travel per day to various sites in their area. If you’re looking to grow with a state-of-the-art real estate media company, keep reading.

This is a part-time (15-30 hours per week) hourly, non-exempt position with the opportunity to turn into a full-time position as we continue to grow. Hours will vary with seasonality. Limited Saturday and evening availability may be required to accommodate clients.

A day in the life:

• Strengthen client relationships by connecting with real estate agents & homeowners at photo shoots and having great conversations
• Oversee and deliver all real estate media solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans
• Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized
• Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely
• Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members
• Operate effectively within a team environment and individually

What we offer:

REQUIRES

1 year Photo or Video Experience PLUS:

• At least 1 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Detail obsessed: can you get the perfect shot?
• Great at talking to clients & building relationships
• Professional & dependable: Communicate with team and agents timely and professionally
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid state driver’s license

Bonus points for:

• Gimbal experience: using a 3-axis Gimbal to shoot stabilized video content
• Being great at video: this includes both directing and working with the agent on-camera, and also the shots of the home itself.
• You are FAA part 107 drone license certified
• Wedding videography experience
