Just Kids Early Childhood Learning Center is a private preschool program for young children disabled and non-disabled, three to five years of age. Just Kids supports families in their role as primary educators, caregivers, and decision makers in the delivery of services. Our programs assist the community at large to recognize the similarities that all children, both those with and without disabilities, share, by our provision of integrated services and the inclusion of children with special needs in our programs.

We currently have full time Teacher Aides/Assistants positions open at our Lindenhurst location. Teacher Aides/Assistants help to manage classrooms in accordance with the mission, philosophy and policies of our school. We provide year-round comprehensive Early Childhood Programming.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 2:45pm (Please note certain days will require later dismissal due to necessary professional development training.)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Have the ability to use clear and understandable written and verbal communication

Have the ability to communicate positively, effectively, and appropriately with children.
