Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our furry friends. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who have a passion for animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Provide daily care for animals including feeding, watering, and administering medications
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and other animal living areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the veterinary staff
- Assist with holding and monitoring during grooming
- Walk dogs and provide exercise and socialization opportunities
- Perform basic grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing
- Assist with pet sitting services when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering questions and addressing concerns

Skills:
- Experience in dog training or handling is preferred
- Knowledge of kennel operations and animal care practices
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods of time

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
