Who we are looking for:

The role of a lead teacher in our 2-year-old room is both crucial and rewarding, demanding a unique blend of skills and qualifications. This position is geared towards individuals with significant experience in childcare, as well as the necessary certifications to elevate them to a leadership level. As a lead teacher, the responsibilities extend beyond mere supervision; it involves taking charge of the overall operations within the classroom. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is exceptionally organized, exudes warmth and friendliness, and possesses an unwavering attention to detail. Creativity is a must, as engaging young minds requires innovative thinking and a variety of teaching strategies. Patience and approachability are also key, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. This position is not just about overseeing the day-to-day activities but about creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for our youngest learners.

Position will start in May 2024.

Pay is based on experience and certificaitons.

Hours will be determined during an in person interview. But they will be 8 hours a day M-F.
