OPPORTUNITIES: We are searching for a Head Coach to lead our team.

FULL TIME AND PART-TIME positions are available at our studio at this time.HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match could coach between 24-30 hours per week. You'll be helping lead our team in sessions and new sales. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do local grassroots campaigns and community events.PREMIUM COMPENSATION PLUS BENEFITS:

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY.
You will be an instrumental part of the studio while you drive ongoing membership sales, retention, hiring, team training & development. As the Head Coach, you'll spend roughly 30 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. The rest of your hours will be spent on sales, retention and staff training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate small group personal training sessions with great technical coaching and connecting with clients to create a best-in-class training experience
Develop goals and objectives in order to provide member and employee satisfaction, improve member and employee retention, and increase membership
Assist Director with community building, local organic marketing, and turning prospects into members
Other duties as assigned

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

We prefer that you hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
Experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions
Experience in fitness related sales
Excellent communication, time management, organizational and relationship-building skills
Computer literacy
Evening and weekends hours are required
MindBody experience preferred
Tech savvy - we utilize the latest in fitness technology and programming
